What is Buyback Entitlement?
The Buyback Entitlement is the number of shares an eligible shareholder is entitled to tender based on:
- Shares held on the Record Date
- Applicable entitlement ratio
- RESERVED CATEGORY FOR SMALL SHAREHOLDERS 11 Equity Share for every 56 Equity Shares held on the Record Date
- GENERAL CATEGORY FOR ALL OTHER ELIGIBLE SHAREHOLDERS 10 Equity Share for every 197 Equity Shares held on the Record Date
- Investor category
Investors can tender more shares than their entitlement, subject to the total shares held on the record date.
How to Tender Shares?
The process is simple: The tendering window remains open from 11 June 2026 to 17 June 2026.
- Log in to your broker account during the tendering period.
- Select the Wipro Buyback corporate action.
- Enter the number of shares you wish to tender.
- Confirm the request.
When Will You Receive the Money?
After finalization of acceptance: The company expects payment and return of unaccepted shares on or before 24 June 2026.
- Accepted shares will be debited.
- Buyback proceeds will be credited directly to your bank account.
- Unaccepted shares will be returned to your demat account.
